Service Description

This intake consultation will focus on your personal health history, your current state of being/doing, your primary health concern/symptoms which you are looking for relief from, and an initial iridology photographing and assessment (if desired). All to be customized into a plan of action with takeaways to target until our follow up appointment. I am flexible and work with you to decide what is the best approach: for example, some clients prefer to know to the gram how much they should eat of a certain macro, whereas others are not interested in calculating anything. We build habits that are sustainable for YOU and your lifestyle!
