About the Recipe

Another great take on a classic chocolate pudding. Guilt free and silky smooth

Ingredients

1 Chopped frozen banana

1/2 frozen zucchini, chopped

1 TBS greek yogurt, or vegan yogurt

1 TBS flaxseed

2 TBS cacao powder or cocoa powder

3/4 C milk or dairy free substitute of choice


Topping ideas: Coconut shreds, cacao nibs, date caramel, Granola, Peanut butter, chia or sesame seeds

Preparation

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy. Add more milk if struggling to blend. Can add maple syrup for a sweeter pudding.
