EASY and Amazing Blender Hummus

About the Recipe

The smooooooothest most fluffy hummus you've ever tasted. Easy to blend up in under 10 mins. A great healthy appetizer for any potluck or a balanced meal or snack.

Ingredients

1 can of organic chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans) or 15oz of precooked

1 clove garlic

1 Parsley, fresh

4Tbs Organic Tahini

3 Tbs Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cumin, ground


4 TBS ice water


Optional* pine nuts, hot sauce, olive oil drizzle, sesame seeds, sumac or paprika (to dust)



Preparation

Dump first 7 ingredients into blender. Add hot sauce if desired.

blend until smooth and slowly add cold water as it's blending to fluff. Add more water if it seems dry. Scrape down and blend again until silky. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil and dust with paprika or sumac.


Serve with raw veggies, pita or corn chips.
